

The Quality Control Center (QCC) serves as the nerve center for Legal Sea Foods’ restaurants. Our headquarters includes refrigerated receiving docks, dry storage, refrigerated fish cutting and food production areas, a fully equipped test kitchen and bakery and, of course, our state-of-the-art laboratory for food safety. All of our fish and shellfish pass through this facility for stringent testing before being approved for our restaurants. The QCC is also the home of our corporate headquarters. This is where a group of dedicated employees carries on the Legal tradition. |
