

Responsibilities include overseeing operations within the restaurant, sales and labor forecast, maintaining professional restaurant and team member image according to LSF’s standards, upholding safety and security at all times, hires, supervises and develops staff, completes payroll, record keeping, and paperwork accurately and timely, audits safe and drawers, deposits funds, handles customer complaints and questions, conducts beverage, safety and facility audits, and makes sure our guests can leave satisfied.
