Our Virginia Beach location opened its doors in 2023, welcoming guests to our brand new 8,000 sq ft restaurant. Legal Sea Foods features artfully designed dining, bar, and lounge areas, a wrap around patio, and beautiful private event space, named the “Ship’s Cabin”.

Our Virginia Beach Town Center location is in the center of the plaza, steps away from the Sandler Center for the Performing Arts and the Westin Hotel. Our menu wows with New England seafood favorites and twists on local Virginia dishes.
